Exploring the difference in qualities, aesthetics, strength and beauty for a lot of my collected flower fibres. Including:

Rose, lavender, calendula…petal, stem, leaf.

All fibres are beautiful and unique, and I’m documenting my learning process.

I was so struck by the aesthetics of the Flaxmill in Shrewsbury, especially surrounding me in the Dye House, that before I’d even settled on what I was going to do with the final demo pieces, I knew it was going to revolve around the incredible windows and brickwork.

Beautiful soft colours, natural feel and polaroid compatible. These have been received so well for holding precious memories and photos of adorable tiny ones.
